Stunning ring with a fine colour amethyst measuring 10mm x 8mm and weighing 2.90cts with diamond set crescent shoulders.  Total diamond content 0.20ct.  18ct white gold with double claw settings to the amethyst and claw settings to the diamonds.  Finger size M1/2.  Weight 4.3g.  Stamped 750 inside shank and tested to confirm.
